Case Study 1

After receiving an enquiry from a large dental practice regarding a quote for the servicing of their autoclaves we assessed what makes and models they had and the practices key requirements. When we won the contract the practice said they had chosen us because our prices were competitive, our response time to repairs was excellent and we were the only service provider who could maintain all of their autoclaves.

Case Study 2

We received a call from a practice that had purchased a new autoclave from another equipment supplier. When the autoclave broke down, the practice was told by the supplier that an engineer could not attend for almost three weeks. With only one autoclave in the practice, they needed an urgent solution without invalidating their warranty conditions with the supplier.

They still had their previous autoclave, kept elsewhere and so, following our suggestion, they placed it back in the practice and the following day we serviced, pressure vessel inspected and recommissioned it, enabling them to work again.
